This product is well made and installation well thought out. The instructions for mounted is laid out a very nice format, with each page the step needed to install. The connection to the house wiring is not the usual wire nut, but instead uses a terminal block. I found this works well!
The camera setup is super easy compared to other Homekit products I've installed. The vendor's application guides you through the setup, I had no issues at all integrating the camera into the Apple Home application. It was seamless with the view on my Favorite page in the Home application.
I found the motion detection for people very good! I tried several times to fool it or to sneak up on it, each time the motion was detected and identified correctly. The video quality is outstanding! My main reason for picking this camera were two fold, 1 - integration into the Homekit environment and 2) no monthly fees for video. This camera and company meets these goals!
I understand some of the folks have issues with the microSD card. I will have to see if I have any issues, but I plan to replace the card with a larger capacity and will be sealing the electrical box with silicon to waterproof it. I'm in the desert and the camera is protected by my porch roof, so I don't think water damage will be an issue.
Very happy with this camera and looking forward to their soon to be released front door bell camera!

I've been converting the security camera systems in our house from Ring to HomeKit Secure Video compatible devices. This camera was intended to replace a floodlight cam.During the day, the video is very washed out compared to the Logitech outdoor camera we've used elsewhere, and the cam we replaced. It's also not nearly as wide of a viewing angle, and yet the resolution we get on what we do see is poor as well.Night vision is not bad - the illumination provided by the IR LEDs is pretty good, and the visible lighting, when it is turned on, is also quite good.The network connection is awful. The access point is about 15 feet away through one wall and our router reports the connection most of the time as "marginal," and it disconnects multiple times per day. Again, the other security camera we had in this exact same spot had no problem connecting.Mounting the camera was also problematic for us. Our electrical box is a standard one, but is mounted on the surface of the wall (not unusual for retrofit boxes on outside walls) rather than inside the wall. This means that the mounting box does not sit against the wall at all. Insects and other critters will have no problem finding a home in the box if you don't stuff the corner openings with something (fiberglass insulation would work). Again, the floodlight cam we had before had no problem mounting in this way and made a good weathertight seal.The only reason we're going to keep this device is that it's essentially our only choice for a HKSV camera that has a motion triggered light, which we want. If/when the HKSV field opens up and a competitor arrives, I have no doubt that we'll dump this camera for it. Whatever comes along in the future can't be any worse, certainly.

En cuanto a la calidad de imagen es buena durante el día y en la noche, puedes hacer zoom para ver mayor detalle. El único inconveniente, por el cual le quité una estrella, es que el ángulo de visión es de 80-85 grados, no cubre 110 grados como indican en especificaciones.
En cuestión de conectividad con iHome de Apple, es buena, te permite ver la señal en cualquier televisor con AppleTV, permite que las grabaciones se almacenen en iCloud sin ocupar el espacio que tengas contratado, permite hacer ajustes personalizados para reconocimiento facial, notificaciones y definir área de vigilancia. El único contra es que esporádicamente se pierde la conexión Netatmo - iHome.
La aplicación nativa de Netatmo es excelente, confiable, fácil de usar y con muchas opciones para personalizar el área de vigilancia, notificaciones y opciones de grabación. Las grabaciones se hacen el memoria interna de la cámara, y en mi caso se hace un respaldo en iCloud en tiempo real cuando detecta algunas de las actividades configuradas.
No requiere tarifas adicionales por parte de Netatmo, tienes toda la funcionalidad.
