ClearVue for iPhone 7 is made from clear, hard polycarbonate and soft, rubbery TPU rubber. A good case for the price, with some flaws

So for $10, there's not much to complain about. I like the smokey color of the TPU, I have a feeling it will prevent it from taking on that yellowy color that these clear cases tend to after prolonged use. The metallic buttons are nice, they're reminiscent of more expensive cases I've owned in the past and they're much more satisfying to press than silicone or TPU coverings.

My one complaint is the small bumpers on the back of the case. See the product photos if you're not sure what I'm talking about, the "extra lift" is what I'm referring to. I appreciate their purpose, to keep the back of the phone from getting scratched and therefore maintaining a nicer appearance for longer (supposedly), however I have not found this case to have fewer scratches on the back than others I've had with regular use. I have found the bumpers easily snag on fabric and threads if you put your phone in your pocket, and now my top right bumper has been almost entirely ripped off somehow. Not too upset about this, but it's definitely a negative. Overall a good case, especially for the price.

So far so good. Nice ridge on the front which seems high enough to protect the screen on a drop. No, I have not tested it or dropped it yet but it is a bit higher then most which is what you want. Also like it has 4 little corner nubs on the back side to raise the back off of the surface you place it on. This should prevent the back from getting all scuffed up. Perfect amount of grip and smoothness. Buttons line up and work perfect. All in all a winner.

The lightning port cut out is a perfect for all my cables and adapters (big issie with other brands). It has some "tack" to it -- not slippery like others. And has already proven that it provides adequate protection for most drops.

This is a good case. It came quickly, fits well, and looks pretty good. Like another reviewer, I have noticed that a little dust worked its way under the case and is visible. Not a major flaw, but it would look better, if it was a clean iPhone 7 underneath.

Finally, and this is more my fault but something worth mentioning: it's really easy to get a color accented one when you just want the clear, as they all look similar online. I got the one with rose accents (looks pink to me!) when I wanted clear! Again, my fault, but click carefully!

Regardless, it's overall a really good case for the price.
