    I spent too much time trying to connect to speakout canada 7-11 prepaid provider. Provider indicated cell was locked,
    Contacted icelsolutions who were adamant that phone was unlocked, but agreed to send out a replacement. With nothing to lose I went to reset and reset the phone and started over clean. When I rebooted sim card was recognized and phone works great! What about the replacement.... if I can't halt order I'll pay for it and keep it as a out of country travel phone.
    I will now look to icelsolutions first! 5 stars.

    Who ever had this phone before it went to be so called "refurbished" their info is still on this device. Also "find my iPhone" is still engaged and renders the phone useless. No response from seller except and email asking for a 5 star review. I will change this review once I have a solution. Might just call the previous owner of this phone since all of her info is on it. Shipping was extremely fast however. The device is very clean hence qualifying as a refurbished device. I would of said "clean, previously owned and locked to original owners icloud account and thus good for parts.)

    Let me repeat myself, do NOT update your iPhone 4S. It will cause it to become so incredibly slow with the latest version of iOS 9 that the phone is almost impossible to use without wanting to throw it at a wall or in the trash. It is possible to downgrade to iOS 7 or something, but you need some techie experience. Anyways, this is a good phone to use when you want something cheap. Mine came in like new condition with it being unlocked which I'm happy. Now it's time to get the iPhone 7 now that I got a job. :D
