Passable MMORPG, good back story

Passable MMORPG, good back story
I would buy this game again at the price I paid on Amazon. It is worth playing, but has potential for enhancement.Game follows the Fallout backstory. Graphics is amazing, gameplay is sometimes clunky. Addition of the portable housing C.A.M.P. similar to the Fallout 4 mod. Resources such as Aluminum, gears, screws, are extremely rare but required for almost everything, wood is abundant once you learn HOW to collect it (no instructions provided - many "logs" can be "activated" with E), and operation of the C.A.M.P. is a mystery until you bungle your way into it (you don't "pick up" your camp and then travel - you leave it right where it is and travel, THEN tap Z in the Pip Boy to "move" it to you.The most extreme difference from prior Fallout series is the enforced draconian focus on scavenger hunting and survival (food) issues instead of being able to just enjoy the game. "Normal" in FO76 is mostly like you may have experienced in *Survival Mode* in prior versions. There is also a FO76 Survival Mode. You cannot play this game alone to learn it and use console commands to skip drudgery and get down to having fun.You can "play alone" but you are still in multiplayer regardless. Most players are happy and decent, and won't attack you unprovoked, unlike some other on-line games where everyone is focused on killing you and you cannot get anything fun done because you spend every second killing or being killed.Areas of the game board are definitely level dependent - if you are 3 levels below the expected minimum level you really don't have a chance to complete the main quest line through that area until you level up enough. In other MMORPGs (example LOTRO) you could duck and run like crazy through the higher level areas to complete the main quests even if you had not leveled enough to hunt in an area. In FO76 you will draw agro almost immediately and they'll go for melee so your ranged weapons are inadequate (14 damage when you need like 150) and you health is far too small to accept even one hit.The help documentation could definitely use some writing, especially on how the controls work --- for example, the map is no longer in the Pip Boy (you must press Esc) and there is no clear method of exiting the game (Esc to get the map, then Z for the menu (yes, the menu is under the map) and then select Quit) until you happen to stumble across it.
