Best Choice for Conference Room Wireless Sharing
I have 18 of these Screenbeam mini2 devices installed throughout our facility. I just ordered 3 more today. Over years I have tried many hardwired options and many wireless options to simplify the process of users sharing their screen in conference rooms.I also have one of the BenQ Insta-show ($1200) systems and users prefer to use the Screenbeam instead. There is also a configurator program that you can download from the Microsoft store that allows your to add a custom background and mange some other settings. I created a background with our company logo and instructions on how to connect (Win + K is the easiest way to connect to the device). So I set up each device with that same screen and I will customize the device name to match the name of the room it is used in to make finding it from a PC a no-brainer.I have even added these devices with our portable projectors that people take to external meetings. Now users do not need to look for an adapter or cable to connect to the projector.
