Makes Clean, Chip-Free Cuts in Delicate Finish Work
Achieving premium results when creating finish crosscuts in ultra-fine materials is all about clean, accurate cuts. The Freud D0760X makes this process easy, fast, and precise. To save you time, most cuts made by this blade require little to no sanding.

Trim carpenters, fine cabinetmakers, and avid do-it-yourselfers will want to keep this blade on hand for those special jobs that call for making ultra-fine finish crosscuts in delicate pieces. Appropriate application materials include oak, pine, melamine, veneer plywood, and delicate molding.

Produces Smooth, Quiet Cuts with Laser-Cut Kerf
The Freud D0760X's clean-cutting design means that you can enjoy the comfort of smooth performance. The thin 0.59-inch kerf between the blade's 60 ATB (alternate-top bevel) teeth is laser cut to provide ease of feed, so you have more control over the blade's position. This helps maximize both the accuracy of the cut and the efficiency of your work, so you enjoy a job well done and the ability to complete more tasks in less time.

An added bonus, the blade's laser-cut stabilizer vents reduce noise and vibration during operation, keeping your work environment more relaxed and your hands more in control. This feature also reduces friction and warping, helping to extend the blade's cutting life.

Features Shock-Resistant Carbide for Long-Lasting Precision
So you can count on it over the long term, the Freud D0760X is designed for durability. The blade's hardy teeth are protected by Freud's exclusive shock-resistant TiCo Hi-Density Carbide formula, which helps fight wear and tear and maintains blade sharpness up to four times longer than standard carbide. And protecting the blade is Perma-Shield Non-Stick Coating that provides resistance to heat and corrosion.

Fits Circular Saws
The Freud D0760X is a great addition to your workshop because it's designed with the versatility to fit a variety of circular saws.

This product is covered by Freud's Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Mirror smooth finish in plywood and hardwoods
I have been using this blade to cut through some 3/4 in plywood, and also some 2x4s. It has done a splendid job so far, with very clean smooth cuts, and also most no chipping on either side. Just make sure you follow all the rules with cutting using a circular saw, like setting the depth right for the material thickness, not rushing the cut but letting the blade/tool do the job, and using a proper guide for the saw so you dont have to correct a wandering blade.I even cut some 45 degree bevel cuts in long sheets of plywood for making joins and it did a great job with no binding at all.EDIT on 7/20/2016: I have now owned this blade for over 2.5 years. I am working on some very hard ash hardwood that is 1 inch thick for a tabletop. Yesterday I set the saw to cut a 15 degree bevel using this blade around an already cut edge and the results were near perfect. See the attached pictures for the clean wafer thin wedges I got cut out. I have made about a 100 cuts with this blade in the time I have owned it. Never resharpened. And the results are still this good! The only time I had an issue was some binding while cross cutting some solid red oak that was over 2 inches thick. That was more my fault than the blade's, I never should have used it for that purpose.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clean, repeatable cuts
Reviewed in the United States on January 14, 2020
I used 3/4" red oak plywood to make some shelves over the weekend, and this blade worked better than I had imagined it would. As you can see in the picture, there was no tear out on the veneer at all, even when I became impatient and pushed the saw a bit faster than I should have.

Carbide tips are thick enough for project work, the blade is cheap enough to replace when the time eventually comes (in several years), and even after dozens of quick cuts it continued to perform as well as it did on the first. The science behind the specific patterns cut into the blade eludes me, but they clearly do what they're supposed to as it did not get overly hot.

I'll be buying more Diablo blades without hesitation.
