No, it only comes with the charging cable  UT not the little block that goes into the outlet. At Verizon, its $38 extra.

Constantly dropping calls and cutting out. Really disappointed. I was on the phone with Verizon for 2 weeks trying to get it working but it seems like theres an issue with the new antennae they put in the phones
