I like the thing that it comes with alot of instructions. Once plugged in it makes alot of noise but touched with skin it keeps quite 😅You can see in the dark that it is fully lit the higher the potency the greater the zapTo avoid zapping dont lift it from your skin quite ofter or avoid zapping first time keep your finger on glass rodI just used it once so i dont know about the resultsI am taking one star for priceYou need to be careful while inserting it in hand held tool it is fragile

Device does NOT have a "Grounding Prong" and only has two prongs to plug into the wall, instead of three prongs for safety. When you are dealing with any device that pumps out high amounts of electricity, you always want a device that comes with a grounder for safety and far less potential for being shocked and this device will ZAP you, which is very uncomfortable and the wands energy output is so unstable that it will leave dark/ red burn marks on the skin that take WEEKS to fade and go away!...
The "Roller" is an absolute joke and does nothing for the skin. The gas filled roller, does NOT come in direct contact with the electrical current and it's because of the flawed design of the roller attachment. It looks fancy and cool, but does nothing at all. The glass roller barely lights up, does not arc, does not warm and creates very, very, very little ozone compared to the other attachments. The whole thing is just garbage and I would give it ZERO STARS! If you look down inside the wand device, before placing any tubes inside, you will clearly see that a "Basic Screw" is the electric conductor and not a "specialized gold or copper plated rod pin" that would come in contact with the Gas Filled Tubes, regulating the connection. This is why you hear electricity but dont see any light because there is not a proper & safe electrical connection between the two. You have to play around with the tube, moving it up and down and turning it around slowly in the wands socket. Eventually it will ignite the gas tube and it will work.
Also, DO NOT try to use the glass tubes in another HF wand because the cheap metal on the glass tubes will damage your other device as well!.... You just have to return it or use with A LOT OF CAUTION!.... I just threw mine away because it's not worth the danger nor damage that it can cause to your face & body when plugged in!...
