I wanted to write a review to reassure others who might be concerned about some of the expiration complaints in other reviews. I received a product that is very fresh, a beautiful green oil mixture (naturally colored, not like it'll stain your scalp) that clearly has a Made On date (October 2020) and an expiration date (October 2022). The product came as pictured, not with a pump (previous reviewers mentioned they didn't like the pump). The oil itself is a very nice texture - not too thick or thin.
I find the scent to be very pleasant, especially considering how many beneficial, hardcore herbs are packed into this product. I used a decent amount of it this morning for a scalp massage, and i can't smell it at all as I'm walking around my house. If you're looking for something with no scent at all or a perfumey scent, maybe natural herbal products are not for you. But if you want something that is more likely to be effective, and you don't saturate your entire head in this oil expecting to not smell the herbs in it that are what makes it useful, then this is a wonderful product. I was concerned that it would smell like onions, but it doesn't; just very pleasantly herbal. As with any beauty routine, it takes time and consistency to notice results, so i don't have outlandish expectations for overnight new growth with this oil. But I'm very impressed with the packaging, price point, and ingredients. Hair care junkies know that these herbs are the real deal. So I'd day that, especially if you already do scalp massages and are looking for an oil that is more likely to give you results than your basic DIY mixtures / single-oil routine, and are into natural haircare, this is an amazing option.
