I have used this mascara for over 10 years- and I know what the product in a new tube vs. an old, used tube looks like. I received a crusted, dried out tube of mascara, which was unusable. I suspect it was used, and returned previously, then resold again. This is unhygienic, and could cause severe eye infections. I am appalled.
