**CAN THE SELLER/MANUFACTURER PLEEEEEASE ADVISE WHAT THOSE BLACK PLUGS ARE FOR
look nice. seem sturdy.LITTLE BLACK PLUS SUPPLIED ON BOTH UNITS?? No mention of them in any descriptions; no instructions at all are included in the set. Does it cause a problem to NOT insert those black plugs somewhere??don't know if they will work right with/without those little black plugs... are they supposed to be inserted inside water tank valve or something?

Perfect delivery. No damages. No instructions but it’s really easy to figure out. No rocket science needed. Just pop the top lid off and insert food (don’t try to take the jug out and insert the food then place it back- kibbles will go everywhere!!!!). Next, pull out the water jug-Unscrew the cap fill it up- Screw the cap back on and place it back in the holder(base). If you want to clean them out before using (I did) just slide the jugs out. Perfect size. No leaking so far. No weird chemical smells or dusty particles. Easy to clean. Perfect portions dispensed. Mr. Eddie loves it already! Yum yum eat em up! Very reasonable price for the quality. I would definitely recommend for small-medium sized animals. I was tired of constantly filling up his food and water bowl everyday! This is a life saver! Now I can take that trip! :)

Looks chic but broke before 1st use

I just took out the item and began to disassemble it to wash it before use for my pet. The first one disassembled just fine—you just lightly press the side buttons in to slide off the top piece. I had no problems. When repeating the same process for the second one, I pressed the side button again to remove the top and one of the buttons completely pushed in and broke. :( I haven’t even gotten a chance to use it yet! I leave for my trip today and have no choice but to use it (the inner container that holds the food/water is intact), but I hope this won’t interfere with the ability to dispense food. I’ll have to put a bowl of food out to be sure, but this item was supposed to replace the need for that. I am disappointed, not going to lie. Will have to return when I get back.
